Eligibility:

The ArDan Advocate Program is open to everyone, including but not limited to interior designers, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, customers, family members, and other industry professionals. Anyone interested in becoming an affiliate is welcome to sign up and must agree to the program's terms and conditions.

Referral Process:

1. Share your unique referral link with homeowners or other potential clients interested in remodeling or construction services or enter the client's information on their behalf.
2. All referrals must be entered through the ArDan Advocate Program to ensure proper tracking.

Referral Approval:

1. ArDan Construction reserves the right to determine the suitability of referred clients. Not all referrals will result in a contracted project.
2. The referral must result in a contracted project, with a deposit collected from the client, for the referral bonus to be applicable.

Bonus Amount:

1. For projects under $100,000, the bonus amount is $100.
2. For projects between $100,000 and $250,000, the bonus amount is $500.
3. For projects exceeding $250,000, the bonus amount is $1,500.
4. Bonuses are not applicable to Design or Pre-Construction Agreements.

Payment Schedule:

1. The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
   • 50% at the signing of the project proposal.
   • 50% upon completion of the project.

Non-Combining Offer:

1. The referral bonus cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

Client Interaction:

1. ArDan Construction will manage all direct interactions with the client, including phone consultations, on-site consultations, project management, and other necessary communications.

Tracking and Monitoring:

1. Referrals and their status can be monitored through your account dashboard.

Compliance Responsibility:

1. Participants in the ArDan Advocate Program are responsible for understanding and complying with any laws or regulations applicable to them in their respective industries. ArDan Construction is not responsible for ensuring compliance with such laws.

Program Changes:

1. Any changes to the Advocate Program, including bonus rates and terms, will be communicated via email and updated on the program page.

Dispute Resolution:

1. Any disputes regarding the Advocate Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of ArDan Construction.

Confidentiality:

1. All information regarding referred clients and bonus payments is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties.

Severability:

1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Miscellaneous:

1. ArDan Construction reserves the right to modify or terminate the Advocate Program at any time without prior notice.
2. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
